Ultrasonographer - Wymore, NE

Seeking a skilled and motivated Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer to contribute expertise in a supportive healthcare environment on a 20-week assignment. Schedule:

• 4x10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday
• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Participation in call rotation is required

Qualifications:

• Current certification by ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography)
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Experience performing ultrasound studies across general imaging protocols; proficiency with abdominal and small parts assessments preferred
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures with accuracy and attention to detail
• Prepare patients and explain examination procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation
• Properly maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure work areas meet all safety and cleanliness standards
• Accurately document and communicate findings to physicians and relevant clinical personnel
• Support a collaborative team approach by assisting colleagues and participating in call rotation as needed
