Vascular Ultrasonographer Tech in Brandon, MS

An opportunity is available for an experienced professional with expertise in vascular imaging and ultrasound. This position focuses on performing diagnostic vascular sonography procedures in a clinical setting, delivering high-quality patient care over an 8-week contract period.

Schedule & Hours:

• Full-time, 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Five 8-hour shifts, day shift
• Staggered start times between 7:00 am and 8:30 am
• On-call responsibilities: one night per week and one weekend per month

Qualifications:

• Current ARDMS certification required
• Active BLS certification
• Valid Mississippi state license
• Demonstrated skills in vascular ultrasound and imaging
• Prior experience as a Vascular Sonographer or Vascular Tech preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality vascular ultrasound exams in accordance with accepted protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to interpret and relay imaging findings
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
• Accurately document all findings and maintain patient records
• Participate in on-call rotation, providing timely response for urgent cases
• Maintain compliance with safety and infection control standards
