Key Qualifications:

• Current credentialing as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent
• Demonstrated expertise in vascular ultrasound procedures
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology relevant to vascular sonography
• Experience with advanced ultrasound equipment and imaging protocols
• Ability to accurately document and communicate findings to medical staff
• ARDMS or ARRT (S) certification preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced clinical environments

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality vascular ultrasound exams following physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare patients for procedures, providing education and ensuring their comfort throughout
• Operate and maintain ultrasound imaging equipment, ensuring safety and accuracy
• Analyze images and collaborate with radiologists and physicians for diagnostic interpretation
• Document patient records, examination results, and relevant clinical information
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, infection control, and departmental procedures
• Support a positive patient experience through compassionate and professional care
