With a flexible schedule offering either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts during day hours (7am–5:30pm), you will have plenty of time to explore the vibrant neighborhoods, world-class dining, and scenic parks near Lake Michigan. On weekends or after on-call duties, Chicago’s cultural attractions, shopping districts, and outdoor adventures await.
Schedule/Hours
- Day shifts: 4x10 (7am–5:30pm) or 5x8 with varying start times within 7am–5:30pm window
- Rotating Saturday shifts, Sunday call coverage
- On-call: Monday–Friday (5:30pm–9:30pm), Saturday (end at 9:30pm), Sunday (7am–9:30pm)
- Holiday coverage as needed
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Completion of a 2-year ultrasound program
- 2+ years of clinical experience strongly preferred
- Current certification as a Licensed Vascular Tech (RVT or RVS)
- Proven ability to perform independent vascular imaging, including arterial, venous, carotid, and preferred advanced studies
- Flexibility to float between various hospital and ambulatory sites as needed

- Conduct both routine and complex vascular ultrasound exams
- Provide clear, accurate imaging for patient diagnosis and management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance with facility protocols
