Vascular Ultrasonographer Tech in Jackson, MS

Step into an important imaging role supporting vascular care as a Vascular Sonographer on an 8-week contract. This position focuses on delivering high-quality ultrasound and vascular studies, working alongside dedicated healthcare professionals.

Schedule:

• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Day shift, 5x8s
• Staggered start times between 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
• On-call responsibility: 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month

Required Qualifications:

• Current ARDMS certification
• Valid MS state license
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Expertise in Imaging – Ultrasound Vascular and vascular technology/sonography
• Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound studies according to established protocols
• Accurately document findings and communicate results to the healthcare team
• Support the diagnosis and treatment of vascular disorders through high-quality imaging
• Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment, ensuring proper function and safety
• Respond efficiently to on-call needs as scheduled
