Qualifications:

  • Satisfactory completion of an accredited non-invasive cardiovascular training program, emphasizing echocardiography
  • Recognized course completion in arrhythmia detection
  • At least 2 years of recent experience as a registered echocardiographer
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification
  • Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
  • Demonstrated technical skills, sound judgment, and independent work ethic
  • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to customer service and meeting deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and interpret high-quality echocardiogram studies
  • Deliver accurate vascular ultrasound imaging and documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure coordinated, effective patient care
  • Maintain thorough, confidential records in compliance with facility policies
