Vascular Ultrasonographer Tech in Pearl, MS

Skilled vascular sonographers are invited to provide essential imaging services on an 8-week contract in a dynamic hospital environment. Utilizing advanced ultrasound technology, you will play a key role in patient care for individuals requiring vascular studies.

Schedule & Hours:

• 8-week contract duration
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Day shift: 5x8s with staggered start times between 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
• Rotating call duties: 1 night per week, 1 weekend per month

Qualifications:

• Active ARDMS credential required
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current licensure to practice in the state of Mississippi
• Demonstrated expertise in vascular ultrasound imaging and diagnostic procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality vascular ultrasound exams, including both scheduled and emergent studies
• Accurately document and interpret findings for review by physicians
• Support patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
• Work collaboratively with other technologists and clinical staff
• Adhere strictly to hospital protocols and quality assurance guidelines
• Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled
