X-Ray Technician | Arden, North Carolina

Step into a dynamic medical imaging environment as an experienced X-ray Technologist/Radiologic Technologist. This position offers the opportunity to contribute vital imaging expertise to patient care for a 13-week period with an immediate start.

Schedule/Hours:

• Hours: 7:00 am – 10:30 pm Monday–Thursday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Saturday–Sunday
• Rotating weekends may be required

Key Qualifications:

• Active MRI registration and certification required
• Demonstrated experience with GE imaging equipment
• Proficient skills in performing MRI procedures (contrast and non-contrast)
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
• Breast MRI experience is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team of 9 imaging professionals
• Commitment to professional attire; black scrubs required

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray and MRI examinations, ensuring high image quality for accurate diagnoses
• Safely administer contrast agents as required
• Accurately document patient information and procedure details in the Cerner EMR system
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to optimize patient workflow and care
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and departmental safety standards
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care aligned with unit guidelines and facility policies
