X-Ray Technician - Arlington, TN

Schedule:

• 13-week contract beginning 11/23
• Saturday through Wednesday, 5x8-hour shifts
• No on-call requirements
• Must work holidays that coincide with scheduled shifts

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology
• Valid BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an X-ray Technologist
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records system preferred
• Must meet a 50-mile radius rule regarding primary residence

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures according to clinical protocols and physician instructions
• Ensure accurate capture of imaging necessary for patient diagnosis and treatment
• Maintain patient safety and comfort, explaining procedures clearly and compassionately
• Operate imaging equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to department guidelines and regulatory standards
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and support staff
• Keep precise documentation and manage images within hospital information systems
