Travel X-Ray Technician in Arnold, MO

You will work with leading-edge x-ray technology, including portables, fluoro rooms, and general equipment, as well as operate C-arms and O-arms in surgical settings. Schedule/Hours:

• Every other weekend coverage
• On-call for OR as needed
• Holiday shifts during contract

Qualifications / Experience:

• Completion of an accredited Radiography program (ARRT required)
• 2–5+ years of relevant experience in a hospital setting, working with diverse patient populations (inpatient, operating room, emergency, and outpatient)
• Proficiency in the performance of special/interventional procedures (myelography, hysterosalpingography, arthrography, etc.) and general x-ray techniques
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist radiologist/physician during complex procedures and GI exams
• Perform general x-ray procedures using portables, fluoroscopy, and standard equipment
• Conduct surgical imaging procedures utilizing C-arms and O-arms
• Provide essential patient care throughout imaging exams
• Participate in OR call and cover holiday/weekend shifts as assigned
