Travel X-Ray Technician - Ballwin, Missouri

In this role, your expertise in X-ray imaging will be vital as you collaborate closely with radiologists and other medical professionals. You’ll assist with interventional and special procedures—including myelography, hysterosalpingography, and arthrography—as well as a variety of GI and general X-ray procedures. Expect hands-on responsibilities in multiple settings, from the OR using C-arms and O-arms to utilizing portables and fluoro room technology.

You’ll gain experience working with diverse patient populations—IP, OR, ED, and OP—broadening your clinical perspective and strengthening your resume with new, advanced procedural exposures. Schedule/Hours:

• Every other weekend required
• On-call coverage for OR as needed
• Holidays during assignment term

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Radiography program (ARRT certification)
• 2-5+ years of relevant hospital-based experience
• Skill in interventional and special procedure support
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Flexibility for weekend, call, and holiday work
