Role Highlights:
- Rotating responsibilities in front office and back office settings
- Interact directly with patients, families, and multidisciplinary medical teams
- Perform X-ray exams as ordered, ensuring accuracy and patient safety
- Assist with registration, payment processing, and opening/closing of the ambulatory center
- Support minor surgical procedures under provider guidance
- Collect and process patient samples for laboratory testing
- Contribute to training and onboarding of new staff members
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college required
- Active state licensure as a radiologic technologist
- ARRT license and current CPR/BLS certification
- At least 2 years’ experience in urgent care or emergency settings preferred
- Exceptional bedside manner with adults and children
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in EMR systems, ideally EPIC
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
