X-Ray Technician - Carrollton, TX

Schedule:

• Days, 5x8 hour shifts
• 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• No on-call requirements

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
• Valid Texas Radiologic Technologist license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proven experience performing X-ray imaging procedures in a clinical or hospital setting
• Ability to work efficiently and compassionately with both patients and interdisciplinary medical teams
• Strong technical skills with standard X-ray equipment and digital imaging systems

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for X-ray examinations, ensuring safety and comfort
• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures according to physician orders and standardized protocols
• Evaluate images for technical quality and proper identification
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions
• Adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and regulatory compliance standards
