Take on an impactful position as an X-ray Technologist and contribute your skills in diagnostic imaging within a collaborative healthcare setting. Use your expertise in general radiology and mammography to provide critical diagnostic support to patients and clinical teams.

Schedule:

  • 13-week contract
  • Four 10-hour shifts per week
  • Day shifts: 8:00 am – 6:30 pm

Required Qualifications:

  • Active certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Valid California Fluoroscopy License
  • Proven experience performing mammography
  • Prior work in imaging—X-ray, Rad Tech, or Radiologic Technologist roles
  • Strong attention to patient safety and image quality standards
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate X-ray, fluoroscopy, and mammography equipment with precision and care
  • Accurately capture high-quality diagnostic images as ordered by medical staff
  • Ensure thorough patient preparation and clear communication throughout imaging procedures
  • Adhere to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain and update patient records and imaging documentation in electronic systems
  • Troubleshoot and report any equipment issues as needed
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered service and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
