Schedule:
- 13-week contract
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Day shifts: 8:00 am – 6:30 pm
Required Qualifications:
- Active certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid California Fluoroscopy License
- Proven experience performing mammography
- Prior work in imaging—X-ray, Rad Tech, or Radiologic Technologist roles
- Strong attention to patient safety and image quality standards
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate X-ray, fluoroscopy, and mammography equipment with precision and care
- Accurately capture high-quality diagnostic images as ordered by medical staff
- Ensure thorough patient preparation and clear communication throughout imaging procedures
- Adhere to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain and update patient records and imaging documentation in electronic systems
- Troubleshoot and report any equipment issues as needed
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered service and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
