X-Ray Technician in Cleveland, OH

Step into a vital healthcare role supporting diagnostic imaging services for trauma patients in a dynamic hospital environment. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and offers the chance to provide critical imaging expertise in a Level 1 Trauma setting, serving both adult and pediatric populations.

Schedule:

• 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (nights)
• 9:30 pm – 8:00 am
• Every other weekend required
• Specific days and coverage are discussed during the interview process

Requirements:

• Current certification with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proven experience in a Trauma Level 1 facility, with both adult and pediatric care
• Proficiency with EPIC, GE, Carestream, 9900 OEC’s, and Phillips equipment
• Strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate X-ray equipment to produce safe and accurate diagnostic images for patient evaluation and treatment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary trauma team to provide high-quality care to critically ill or injured patients
• Perform imaging procedures following physician orders and established protocols
• Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC and other hospital documentation systems
• Prioritize infection control and patient safety at all times
