Radiology Tech | Cleveland, Ohio

Step into an important role supporting high-quality patient care as an X-ray Tech/Radiologic Technologist. This contract opportunity runs for 13 weeks and is ideal for professionals who excel in producing accurate and detailed medical imaging that supports diagnostic excellence and positive patient outcomes.

Schedule:

• 5 shifts per week: 8-hour evenings
• Hours: 3:00pm – 11:30pm

Required Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT(R) certification
• Current BLS certification
• Proven experience as an X-ray Tech/Radiologic Technologist
• Strong knowledge of imaging protocols and safety standards
• Ability to work independently and manage workflow efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills for patient interaction and teamwork

Primary Duties:

• Operate X-ray and imaging equipment following department protocols and radiation safety standards
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures with careful attention to comfort and clear communication
• Accurately position patients and select proper techniques to ensure high-quality diagnostic images
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members, promptly relaying significant imaging findings and observations
• Maintain thorough documentation and accurate imaging records according to facility policies
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of imaging equipment and work areas at all times
