Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality X-ray images in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure proper patient positioning and equipment function to obtain optimal imaging results
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures, maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff
• Validate patient identification and explain imaging procedures, prioritizing patient comfort and privacy
• Accurately complete documentation and image archiving in the electronic health record system
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and healthcare providers to support comprehensive patient care

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Valid state radiologic technologist license
• Prior hands-on experience performing X-ray procedures in a healthcare setting highly preferred
• Thorough understanding of radiologic safety policies and quality control procedures
• Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate approach to patient care
• Ability to operate imaging equipment efficiently and troubleshoot routine technical issues
