X-Ray Technician | Collierville, Tennessee

Bring your expertise in diagnostic imaging to a welcoming healthcare environment as an X-ray Technologist. This contract assignment spans 13 weeks, offering a rewarding experience working with state-of-the-art medical technology and a compassionate care team.

Schedule:

• Saturday through Wednesday
• Five 8-hour shifts each week
• No on-call requirements
• Holiday coverage only if scheduled day coincides

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT certification required
• Active BLS certification mandatory
• Minimum of one year of recent X-ray/Radiologic Technologist experience
• Previous experience with EPIC electronic medical records highly preferred
• Must be located at least 50 miles outside of the facility's radius

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Apply principles of radiation safety to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, troubleshooting technical issues as necessary
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
• Accurately document procedures and patient information using EPIC or similar EMR systems
• Provide clear, compassionate instructions and support to patients throughout their imaging procedures

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
