X-Ray Technician in Collinsville, MS

Step into a dynamic radiologic technologist role focused on delivering exceptional patient care and quality imaging services. In this contract position, your expertise in X-ray technology and proficiency with a range of imaging equipment will be vital for supporting patient diagnostics, particularly during overnight hours.

Schedule:

• 13-week contract
• 7:00pm – 7:00am
• 5 days on, 5 days off, then 2 days on, 2 days off
• No call required

Key Qualifications:

• Current certification and registration as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
• Demonstrated experience with X-ray imaging, including Fuji portable units
• Proficiency with OEC C-arm equipment is essential
• Familiarity with Philips and GE radiology systems
• Previous experience providing imaging support in surgical settings
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
• Strong attention to detail in documentation and image quality

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality X-ray procedures using Fuji portable units, OEC C-arms, and hospital-based radiology equipment (Philips, GE)
• Deliver patient care with empathy and professionalism, adhering to all clinical protocols
• Provide imaging support for surgical teams, ensuring accurate intraoperative imaging
• Maintain thorough documentation of procedures and imaging results
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and colleagues
