X-Ray Technician in Columbus, OH

Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week contract
• 5x8-hour shifts
• Day shifts, 7:00am – 4:30pm
• Specific workdays will be discussed during the interview

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT certification
• Current BLS certification
• Active Ohio Radiologic Technologist License
• Experience working in the operating room (OR)
• Proficiency in X-ray/imaging procedures and protocols
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate X-ray equipment to produce clear and accurate diagnostic images as ordered
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times
• Assist with positioning patients and explaining procedures to ensure optimal imaging
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to provide timely results
• Follow infection control and safety practices in all aspects of radiographic procedures
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to departmental policies
• Provide imaging services in the OR, supporting surgical teams as needed
