Make an immediate impact in a leading healthcare environment by utilizing your radiologic imaging expertise. This contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled X-ray Tech/Radiologic Technologist who is passionate about patient care and comfortable working with a diverse range of imaging equipment and shifts.

Schedule:

  • 13-week contract
  • Evenings: 5 shifts/week, 8 hours each (Wednesday–Sunday)
  • Hours: 3:30 pm – 12:00 am
  • No call required

Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT(R) certification
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Active Rhode Island state radiologic technologist license (applications with pending licenses will be considered)
  • Experience operating X-ray equipment including Philips, Carestream, GE, portables, and C-Arms
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently on evening shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  • Operate a variety of X-ray equipment (Philips, Carestream, GE, portables, and C-Arms)
  • Accurately position patients and ensure their safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
  • Properly document, store, and transmit imaging results as required
  • Collaborate with technologists, healthcare providers, and support staff for optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to infection control guidelines
