Step into a vital imaging role, providing essential X-ray services within a supportive healthcare environment for a 13-week contract assignment. Utilize your expertise to assist with ambulatory interventional pain procedures and help deliver high-quality patient care. The department is fully equipped with Philips Carestream, GE X-ray units, portables, and C-Arms, offering a modern and challenging setting for your skills.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Five 8-hour shifts per week
Qualifications:
- Current ARRT (R) certification required
- Current BLS certification
- Active Rhode Island state license, or eligibility with pending RI license accepted
- Demonstrated experience supporting ambulatory interventional pain procedures required
- Proficient in use of Philips Carestream, GE equipment, portables, and C-Arms
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations and support ambulatory interventional pain treatments
- Operate and maintain a variety of imaging equipment, ensuring accurate imaging and patient safety
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance standards
- Accurately document all procedures and patient records in compliance with facility policies
