X-Ray Technician in Danville, PA

Seeking a skilled imaging professional to deliver high-quality X-ray services in a vibrant healthcare setting. This role is ideal for someone passionate about radiologic technology who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with diverse patient populations. The assignment is for 13 weeks.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Five 8-hour evening shifts per week
• No weekends or on-call requirements

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification required
• Valid BLS certification
• At least 2 years of hands-on X-ray technologist experience
• Experience utilizing GE OEC c-arms, particularly in ortho, urology, spine, gastroenterology, and pain clinic cases (outpatient center exposure preferred)
• Familiarity with portable X-ray units (GE and Shimadzu)
• Working knowledge of EPIC electronic medical record systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging, adhering to facility protocols and safety guidelines
• Support physicians with imaging for orthopedic, urology, spinal, gastrointestinal, and pain management procedures
• Operate specialized X-ray equipment, including c-arms and portable devices, ensuring images meet clinical standards
• Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records in EPIC
• Maintain a commitment to patient comfort, confidentiality, and care quality
