X-Ray Technician in Danville, PA

This contract opportunity seeks an experienced X-ray Technologist (Radiologic Technologist) to perform a range of diagnostic imaging procedures in an outpatient setting. The assignment is for 13 weeks, with the potential for meaningful, collaborative work across diverse case types.

Schedule:

• 5x8-hour shifts, Days, 8:00am–4:30pm
• Specific days to be confirmed during interview

Qualifications:

• Active ARRT certification required
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in diagnostic imaging
• Proficiency with GE OEC c-arms
• Experience supporting orthopedic, urology, spine, gastroenterology, and pain clinic cases
• Skilled in portable X-ray equipment, including GE and Shimadzu units
• Working knowledge of EPIC electronic medical record system

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality X-ray examinations for a variety of clinical specialties in an outpatient setting
• Support a multidisciplinary team by providing imaging for ortho, spine, pain clinic, gastroenterology, and urology cases
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure patient safety and diagnostic accuracy
• Assist physicians during procedures, ensuring optimal patient positioning and comfort
• Accurately document imaging procedures using the EPIC system
• Follow appropriate protocols to uphold safety, privacy, and infection control standards
