Schedule/Hours:

• Orientation held bi-weekly on Tuesdays

Key Qualifications:

• Current certification and competency in general X-ray imaging procedures
• Experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members
• Proficient in operating and troubleshooting X-ray imaging equipment
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and patient confidentiality
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of X-ray diagnostic imaging exams under the supervision of radiologists and technical supervisors
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining processes and positioning them to ensure high-quality images
• Operate digital imaging equipment and accurately process images
• Follow all regulatory guidelines for radiation and infection control
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff for efficient workflow and patient-centered care
• Complete necessary documentation and maintain imaging records using electronic medical systems
