Your expertise as an X-ray Technologist will be integral to high-quality patient care in a collaborative team focused on outstanding service.
Schedule/Hours:
- Option of 4 ten-hour shifts (21:00–07:00) or 3 twelve-hour shifts (19:00–07:00)
- Every 3rd weekend rotation
Key Qualifications:
- Current ARRT (R) certification is required
- Valid BLS certification required
- Prior hospital-based experience necessary, especially in trauma settings
- Proficient in operating GE and Phillips X-ray equipment
- Adaptable to the demands of ER, inpatient, and outpatient imaging
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform and evaluate X-ray imaging for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient departments
- Work with physicians and care teams for accurate, timely diagnostic services
- Maintain and troubleshoot GE and Phillips imaging equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Follow strict safety and infection control protocols
- Accurately document procedures and uphold patient confidentiality standards
- Prioritize cases according to clinical need in a fast-paced environment
