Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging as a Radiologic Technologist in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract opportunity offers a chance to work with advanced imaging technologies and collaborate with dedicated interdisciplinary teams in trauma level 2 settings including ER, inpatient, and outpatient units.

Schedule Options:

  • Four 10-hour shifts, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Three 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Every third weekend rotation

Key Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT (R) certification and BLS required
  • Must have recent experience in a hospital setting (ER, inpatient, outpatient)
  • Proficiency in using GE and Philips imaging equipment
  • Trauma Level 2 experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-acuity situations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality X-ray examinations as ordered by physicians across ER, inpatient, and outpatient settings
  • Accurately position patients and operate imaging systems to produce optimal diagnostic results
  • Evaluate images for clarity and accuracy, adhering to established protocols for trauma and acute care patients
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Collaborate with medical staff to support patient care plans
