X-Ray Technician - Detroit, MI

An opportunity is available for an experienced imaging professional skilled in X-ray procedures. This contract position offers a 13-week assignment utilizing your expertise as an X-ray Tech/Radiologic Technologist.

Schedule:

• 3 shifts per week, each 12 hours
• Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Specific days to be finalized during the interview process

Qualifications:

• Current and valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Active ARRT(R) registration
• Valid Michigan Radiologic Technologist license
• At least 2 years of experience working as an X-ray Tech or Radiologic Technologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations following established protocols and quality standards
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort
• Maintain and operate X-ray equipment, reporting any maintenance needs
• Adhere to infection control guidelines and safety policies
• Accurately document procedures and image data

$1,694 - $1,792/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
