X-Ray Technician - Euclid, OH

Play a key role in providing essential diagnostic imaging services in a busy, trauma level one environment serving both adults and pediatric patients. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and offers a dynamic setting where you’ll rotate through surgery, portables, pediatrics, and the emergency department for a well-rounded clinical experience.

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts, 7:00am – 6:30pm
• Specific days will be discussed in your interview

Qualifications:

• Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• Current Ohio state radiologic technologist license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Prior experience as a radiologic technologist, especially in high-acuity or trauma settings, is highly valued
• Adaptability to work in various units (surgery, peds, ER, portables)

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality X-ray imaging as ordered by physicians for diagnostic and treatment purposes
• Operate imaging equipment with safety and precision, following all protocols for radiation safety
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a fast-paced, trauma level one facility
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and addressing concerns
• Accurately document images, procedures, and patient information per facility guidelines
• Rotate through various units to provide imaging support wherever needed
