X-Ray Technician | Garland, Texas

Deliver essential diagnostic services in a high-impact clinical setting as an X-ray Technologist. Your expertise in imaging will support effective patient care during a focused 13-week contract.

Schedule:

• Days, Monday through Friday
• 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each (7:00 am – 3:30 pm)
• No on-call hours required

Qualifications:

• Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Active Texas Radiology License
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Demonstrated clinical experience in X-ray imaging
• Commitment to high standards of accuracy, safety, and patient confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with patients and healthcare teams

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray exams according to physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare and position patients for imaging to ensure quality results and minimize discomfort
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety
• Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records
• Practice strict adherence to infection control, radiation safety, and quality assurance policies
• Assist healthcare providers in interpreting imaging results and troubleshooting equipment issues as needed
