Travel X-Ray Technician - Greensboro, North Carolina

This travel X-ray Technologist role places you at the heart of an advanced medical facility serving more than 500 beds, including adult and pediatric emergency rooms, a day surgery center, and one of the region’s busiest trauma services. Be part of a high-caliber imaging team that manages 250-300+ daily exams across a range of departments—OR, fluoroscopy, portable X-rays, and more—utilizing cutting-edge equipment and the latest technology.

Schedule/Hours:

• 1 shift of 9.5 hours: Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:30 AM
• 2 shifts of 12 hours: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 33.5 hours/week, nights

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent X-ray experience (2 years preferred)
• Technologist certification required (ARRT, BLS)
• Experience with PACS, portables, C-Arm, and contrast studies
• Strong OR and fluoroscopy background, including lumbar punctures, myelograms, esophagrams, and orthopedic procedures
• Proficiency with EPIC charting; Interlad familiarity a plus
• Night shift flexibility and strong adaptability

Responsibilities:

• Conduct varied diagnostic X-ray procedures in central imaging, OR, endoscopy, ED, NICU, and out/inpatient settings
• Support trauma and surgical cases with high accuracy and speed
• Manage portable imaging throughout the hospital campus
• Ensure high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment
