Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) for New York
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in X-ray/Imaging
  • Strong familiarity with digital radiography and PACS systems
  • Exceptional communication and patient care skills
  • BLS certification (current)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operate X-ray equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to privacy guidelines
  • Verify patient identity and provide clear explanations of imaging procedures
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and complies with safety standards
