Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified and registered or registry eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent
- State radiography license may be required
- Experience with X-ray and fluoroscopy, image production, and radiology equipment/software
- Skilled in patient positioning and using A.L.A.R.A. guidelines for exposure
- Must pass a Colorado adult protective services (CAPS) check
- Reliable transportation necessary (no public transit in this rural community)
- Flexible and eager to cross-train in additional modalities
Role Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician review
- Operate and troubleshoot radiologic and fluoroscopy equipment/software
- Prepare and administer contrast materials as needed
- Assist with special procedures and imaging of diverse anatomical areas
