X-Ray Technician in Hershey, PA

In this contract assignment, you'll be a vital part of the imaging team, performing radiologic exams that support accurate diagnoses and quality patient care. This is a 13-week assignment, offering consistent hours and the chance to work with advanced imaging equipment within a dedicated clinical environment.

Schedule:

• Evenings: 3:00pm – 11:00pm, Monday through Friday
• Five 8-hour shifts per week
• Potential for call one day per week

Key Qualifications:

• Current certification with ARRT(R)
• Active Pennsylvania Radiologic Technologist license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Proven experience operating C-arm, O-arm, and portable X-ray units, especially within an operating suite setting

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray procedures to assist physicians in patient treatment decisions
• Operate a variety of radiologic equipment safely and efficiently, adhering strictly to all safety and infection control protocols
• Collaborate closely with surgical and clinical staff to ensure optimal imaging support before, during, and after procedures
• Accurately document procedure details and maintain patient records in compliance with facility standards
• Remain available for periodic on-call coverage, demonstrating flexibility and reliability
