Travel X-Ray Technician - High Point, North Carolina

Professionally, this role places you in an expansive, high-volume hospital setting—a Level II trauma center serving both adult and pediatric populations. You’ll have the chance to collaborate with diverse clinicians, sharpen your skillset across varied imaging modalities, and encounter numerous workplace practices and leadership styles in trauma, emergency, and surgical services. Schedule:

• 1x 9.5-hour shift: Friday, 8:00 p.m. – 5:30 a.m.
• 2x 12-hour shifts: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
• 33.5-hour weekly contract

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT certification and current BLS
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience; 2 years strongly preferred
• Fluoro and surgical/OR imaging experience required
• Experience with PACS, portable imaging, C-arm, and contrast studies
• EPIC EMR familiarity; Interlad experience preferred
• Comfort responding to fast-paced, high-acuity situations

Primary Duties:

• Conduct a wide array of diagnostic X-ray and fluoro exams (OR, emergency, inpatients, outpatients, NICU)
• Operate various imaging equipment: Samsung, Carestream, Siemens, Phillips, GE OEC/O-arm
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams on complex procedures
• Ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment
