X-Ray Technician - Hollywood, Florida

Seeking an experienced and qualified radiologic technologist for a contract opportunity at an outpatient urgent care center. This role calls for a skilled professional to perform high-quality X-ray imaging and support patient care within a fast-paced environment.

Schedule/Hours:

• 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Shift times: 8:30 am – 9:00 pm (official schedule to be determined by site leader; not a set rotating schedule)

Qualifications:

• Current State of Florida Radiologic Technologist license required
• Active ARRT certification required
• Must have college diploma or transcripts available upon application
• Minimum of one year of experience in X-ray/Imaging settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must not reside in Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach Counties

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate digital X-ray equipment with exceptional accuracy and safety awareness
• Perform diagnostic radiologic exams for a range of urgent care patient needs
• Adhere to all radiation safety and infection control procedures
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care
• Complete proper documentation and maintain accurate records
• Assist in the safe transportation, positioning, and comfort of patients during procedures

$2,270 - $2,394/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
