Here is an opportunity for skilled professionals with expertise in imaging and diagnostic procedures. This 13-week contract position is ideal for candidates experienced as X-ray Technologists or Radiologic Technologists, ready to support patient care using state-of-the-art imaging equipment.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Variable shifts across a two-week rotation:
    • Week 1: Monday and Tuesday, 11pm – 9am; Saturday, 8pm – 6am
    • Week 2: Monday and Tuesday, 11pm – 6am; Sunday, 11pm – 9am

Essential Qualifications:

  • Current certification with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
  • Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Demonstrated experience with general X-ray imaging in a hospital or clinical environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with patients and healthcare staff
  • Ability to adapt to varying shifts and demanding schedules

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of diagnostic X-ray procedures in compliance with established protocols and safety standards
  • Prepare and position patients for radiologic exams, ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with the medical team to review images and contribute to accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain imaging equipment, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for each patient
  • Document patient information, procedures, and image data accurately in the electronic health record
  • Uphold patient confidentiality at all times
