Key Qualifications:

  • ARRT certification (or eligible) in Radiologic Technology
  • Valid state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist
  • Demonstrated proficiency in X-ray imaging procedures and safety protocols
  • Experience utilizing imaging equipment, developing film, and maintaining digital records
  • Strong communication skills and compassionate patient interaction abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting

Responsibilities:

  • Perform X-ray examinations following physician orders and department protocols
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures, providing clear instructions and support
  • Operate digital and analog radiographic equipment for optimal image quality
  • Accurately document imaging results and maintain patient records within electronic systems
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to communicate findings and support treatment plans
  • Follow infection prevention, radiation safety, and quality control policies at all times
  • Maintain equipment, troubleshoot minor malfunctions, and report necessary repairs
