Advance your imaging career in a dynamic healthcare environment, leveraging your expertise as a Radiologic Technologist/X-ray Tech. This 13-week contract role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and utilize state-of-the-art technology in a supportive setting.

Schedule:

  • 4x10 hour shifts per week
  • Day shifts: 8:00 am – 6:30 pm

Qualifications:

  • Current certification with ARRT (R)
  • Valid and unrestricted California Fluoroscopy License
  • American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Demonstrated experience in mammography procedures
  • Previous experience with X-ray imaging in a clinical/hospital setting
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to operate complex imaging equipment safely and effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality X-ray and mammography exams according to physician orders and departmental protocols
  • Utilize advanced imaging equipment, ensuring accurate positioning and technique
  • Maintain compliance with all safety and infection control standards
  • Collaborate with the radiology team to deliver outstanding patient care and imaging results
  • Accurately document procedures in patient medical records
  • Assist in daily calibration, quality control, and maintenance of imaging equipment
  • Provide compassionate, clear communication to patients throughout their procedures
