X-Ray Technician - Kingsley, MI

Schedule:

• Variable shift assignment
• Week 1: Monday and Tuesday, 11:00 pm – 9:00 am; Saturday, 8:00 pm – 6:00 am
• Week 2: Monday and Tuesday, 11:00 pm – 6:00 am; Sunday, 11:00 pm – 9:00 am

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT certification is required
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Demonstrated experience performing a wide range of X-Ray techniques independently
• Strong communication skills and attention to patient comfort and safety
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced clinical environment, including overnight hours
• Familiarity with digital imaging equipment and electronic health records

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and specialized X-ray examinations while ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining processes and addressing any concerns
• Accurately position patients and equipment to obtain clear diagnostic images
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members for optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate records of procedures and assist with image archiving
• Monitor and maintain imaging equipment for quality and proper functioning
