An excellent opportunity is available for a skilled Imaging professional experienced in X-ray and Radiologic Technology. This contract role spans 13 weeks and is ideally suited for those who excel in dynamic clinical environments and possess a strong attention to detail.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Variable shifts across a two-week rotation:
    • Week 1: Monday & Tuesday, 11:00 pm – 9:00 am; Saturday, 8:00 pm – 6:00 am
    • Week 2: Monday & Tuesday, 11:00 pm – 6:00 am; Sunday, 11:00 pm – 9:00 am

Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
  • Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Demonstrated experience working as an X-ray Tech or Radiologic Technologist
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a commitment to patient care and safety

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and safety protocols
  • Ensure accurate patient positioning and quality imaging results
  • Maintain proper documentation of procedures, images, and patient records in compliance with regulations and organizational policies
  • Operate radiology equipment and troubleshoot technical or mechanical issues as needed
  • Demonstrate compassionate care and support to patients throughout diagnostic processes
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality care
