Qualifications:

• Current credentialing as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as an X-ray Technologist
• Proven experience operating X-ray imaging equipment in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of radiographic safety procedures, including patient and self-protection from radiation
• Strong attention to detail to produce clear, accurate diagnostic images
• Excellent communication skills with patients and clinicians
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized X-ray imaging procedures as ordered by physicians
• Prepare patients for imaging, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort
• Operate radiographic equipment safely and maintain cleanliness and readiness of imaging suites
• Assess image quality and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure diagnostic needs are met
• Adhere strictly to all infection control, privacy, and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation within the patient’s chart
• Provide compassionate, courteous care to all patients
