X-Ray Technician - Knoxville, Tennessee

Schedule:

• Alternating weekly shift pattern: three 12-hour shifts one week, followed by four 10-hour shifts the next
• Every other weekend required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an X-ray Tech/Radiologic Technologist
• Active and valid ARRT(R) credential
• Current BLS certification
• Demonstrated proficiency in digital and conventional radiography
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered imaging practices

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures as ordered by providers, ensuring image quality and patient safety
• Prepare and position patients, providing clear instructions and support throughout their exam
• Collaborate professionally with interdisciplinary teams to optimize workflow and patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in accordance with department protocols
• Monitor and maintain equipment functionality, promptly reporting any issues to management
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
