X-Ray Technician | Lakewood, Ohio

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Imaging Professional with expertise in X-ray to play a vital role in a dynamic hospital environment. This position centers on delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to outpatients, inpatients, and Emergency Department patients, working collaboratively as part of a talented healthcare team.

Schedule/Hours:

• Rotating shifts which may include: 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m.–1:00 a.m., 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
• Every other weekend: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Holidays may be required
• 13-week contract duration

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT certification
• Current BLS certification
• Active Ohio Radiologic Technologist License
• Proven experience taking diagnostic X-rays in settings such as hospitals, with familiarity in portable imaging, fluoroscopy, and surgery/OR environments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact compassionately with diverse patient populations
• Flexible, team-oriented attitude, ready to adapt to changing assignments and rotating schedules

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality X-ray imaging procedures for patients in various units including outpatient, inpatient, and emergency
• Safely operate imaging and portable equipment, ensuring adherence to all safety and regulatory standards
• Participate in rotating shift schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Collaborate with fellow technologists, nurses, and clinicians to ensure optimal patient care
• Adapt to the workflow of the hospital, including assignments in fluoroscopy and surgical/O.R. when required
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training sessions

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
