X-Ray Technician | Lauderdale, Mississippi

Schedule:

• 13-week assignment
• No on-call requirements
• Work pattern: 5 shifts on, 5 off; then 2 on, 2 off
• Night shifts: 7:00pm - 7:00am

Qualifications:

• Active ARRT (R) certification required
• Proven expertise operating Fuji portable X-ray units and OEC C-arms
• Familiarity with Philips and GE imaging equipment
• Experience covering surgical cases with imaging support
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray procedures following established protocols
• Operate C-arm technology confidently, especially during surgical assist cases
• Prepare and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety
• Collaborate seamlessly with surgical, nursing, and physician teams
• Accurately document procedures and ensure timely recordkeeping
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations
• Prioritize patient comfort and confidentiality at every step
