Travel X-Ray Technician in Lexington, NC

Schedule:

• Friday: 1 x 9.5 hours, 8:00 p.m. – 5:30 a.m. (Nights)
• Saturday & Sunday: 2 x 12 hours, 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. (Nights)
• 33.5-hour contract

Become part of a skilled imaging team supporting emergency, surgery, pediatric, and NICU units. This role offers extensive exposure to high-volume radiology environments, advanced procedures, and complex equipment. You'll collaborate with multi-disciplinary leaders, learning different approaches to patient care and department operations while serving patients of all ages and conditions. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year clinical imaging experience required (2+ years strongly preferred)
• Open to first-time travelers
• BLS and ARRT certifications required
• Proficient with PACS, portable x-ray, C-Arm, contrast imaging
• Solid fluoro and OR imaging experience (OR, myelograms, swallowing studies, etc.)
• EPIC experience required; Interlad experience preferred
• Able to work with Samsung, Carestream, Siemens, Phillips, GE OEC, and O-arm systems
• Strong organizational skills for large and varied daily caseloads
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of radiologic procedures for trauma, surgery, and general imaging
• Respond to imaging needs throughout the hospital, including fluoro, OR, ED, NICU, inpatients, and outpatients
• Ensure quality patient care, precise documentation, and adherence to safety protocols
• Collaborate efficiently within a dynamic, multi-specialty imaging team
