Qualifications & Experience:

• Certification and licensure for X-ray imaging in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Proficiency in operating digital and conventional X-ray equipment
• Solid grasp of safe imaging practices, patient positioning, and radiation safety protocols
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Experience in fast-paced hospital environments preferred
• Detail-oriented approach, with the ability to adapt to evolving clinical demands

Schedule:

• Orientation is held bi-weekly on Tuesdays

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality X-ray examinations as ordered by physicians, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times
• Accurately capture diagnostic images and promptly transmit results to care teams
• Adhere to infection prevention and control standards during all procedures
• Maintain equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and report issues as needed
• Document imaging procedures and patient information in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and other medical professionals to support patient diagnosis and care
