X-Ray Technician | Mason, Ohio

An experienced X-ray Technologist is needed for a contract role, offering the opportunity to work with advanced imaging technology and collaborate with a dedicated team. This position is based in a high-acuity setting and emphasizes the importance of operating room and Trauma 1 experience.

Schedule/Hours:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Every third weekend required
• Participation in a holiday rotation

Qualifications:

• Certified and registered as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
• Demonstrated experience operating imaging and X-ray equipment
• Proven background working in a Trauma 1 facility
• Previous work in an operating room setting
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, acute-care scenarios
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with surgical and emergency teams
• Current compliance with all applicable state licensing requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging for patients in ER, OR, trauma, and general hospital settings
• Ensure precise imaging procedures in collaboration with surgeons and ER teams during urgent or complex cases
• Adhere strictly to safety and infection control protocols
• Accurately document all procedures and patient interactions
• Maintain readiness for rapid-response situations and participate in rotating holiday and weekend coverage
• Support a seamless workflow, assisting colleagues as needed across the department
