X-Ray Technician in Mentor, OH

Step into a high-acuity imaging environment, putting your Radiologic Technologist expertise to work in a dynamic trauma setting. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and offers the chance to contribute your talents in a Level 1 trauma facility that serves both adult and pediatric populations.

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour night shifts, 9:30pm – 8:00am
• Every other weekend
• Exact days to be discussed during the interview

Qualifications:

• Registered with ARRT
• Current BLS certification
• Demonstrated experience in Level 1 trauma environments (adults and peds)
• Comfortable working nights and adapting to a rotating weekend schedule
• Familiarity with EPIC, GE, Carestream, 9900 OEC’s, Phillis imaging equipment and software
• Competency in performing a broad range of X-ray procedures, including acute/emergent cases

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging for trauma, emergency, and routine cases
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and case complexity
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and seamless care delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EPIC system and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Consistently follow safety protocols, infection control measures, and industry best practices
