Position Overview:
Apply your expertise in X-ray imaging as a Radiologic Technologist on a travel assignment with a focus on diverse diagnostic imaging techniques. Working weekends means you’ll have weekdays free to explore local trails, farmers’ markets, unique eateries, and natural attractions like state parks and waterfalls.

Schedule:

• Two 16-hour shifts per week
• Day shifts: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday (weekend coverage)

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams in accordance with physician orders and best radiologic practices
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout the procedure
• Accurately document procedures, maintain equipment, and assist in workflow optimization
• Collaborate effectively with clinical teams and adapt to various leadership approaches
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered care atmosphere

Desired Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R)
• Active state license (NY) or eligibility
• Recent experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with proficiency handling mobile and fixed X-ray equipment
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to new practices and settings
• BLS certification required
