Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment (details provided during interview)
Qualifications:
- Certified or registry-eligible with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent
- State licensure in radiography as required (may or may not be necessary)
- Cross-training in additional modalities per department policy, or willingness to train
- Successful completion of a Colorado adult protective services (CAPS) check
- Reliable transportation is required, as there is no public transit in rural Gunnison
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate technical equipment to produce and process diagnostic X-ray and fluoroscopic images
- Properly position patients and set exposure factors using A.L.A.R.A. guidelines
- Administer and prepare contrast materials for patient procedures
- Assist with special procedures, examinations, and cross-training in various imaging modalities
